POLYSTYRENE MODELS

AN ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT SOLUTION

One of the main advantages of our foundry is the ability to produce models in polystyrene, which are much less expensive than traditional wooden models.

This technology allows us to significantly reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining excellent dimensional accuracy.

01

Business models

Lower cost than traditional wooden models.

02

Concrete molds

Manufacturing of robust and reusable molds.

03

Up to 30 pieces

The same mold can be used for several production runs.

04

Optimized costs

Ideal for bulbs, keels and ballast in small batches.

INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE

REUSABLE MOLDS
FOR SMALL PRODUCTION BATCHES

Our reusable concrete molds allow the production of dozens of parts while guaranteeing excellent repeatability and controlled production costs.

OUR INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

OUR DIFFERENT
AVAILABLE MOLDS

Depending on the production quantities, the geometry of the parts, and budgetary constraints, our design office will assist you in choosing the most suitable molding process.

Cast iron mold for manufacturing lead keels and bulbs
01

Cast iron molds

For medium to large production runs, our foundry produces cast iron molds capable of producing between 2 and 600 pieces.

This technology guarantees excellent repeatability, high dimensional accuracy and a long tooling lifespan.

We can also produce lead keels overmolded around a cast iron hull to meet the most specific technical requirements.

Our design office develops each solution to optimize costs, deadlines, and final quality.

Concrete mold for manufacturing lead ballasts and bulbs
02

Concrete molds

Concrete molds are an ideal solution for one-off productions or small series generally ranging from 2 to 20 pieces.

The frames for our concrete molds are manufactured directly within our metal fabrication workshop, guaranteeing perfect control of the process.

This method allows for the production of bulbs, keels and lead ballast at low cost while maintaining an excellent level of quality.

A solution particularly suited to specific nautical projects or limited series.
